The Student Services System is an online portal for PUP Taguig students to request Good Moral Certificates, track application status, and manage student records — all without waiting in line.
Simply log in to your student account, navigate to the Good Moral Request section, fill out the required information including your purpose (OJT, Scholarship, Transfer, etc.), and submit your application. You'll receive notifications as your request progresses.
The Good Moral Certificate costs PHP 150.00. Payment is made at the university cashier after your request is approved. You'll need to upload your Official Receipt (OR) to the system for verification.
After logging in, go to your dashboard where you can see the real-time status of your request. The stages include: Pending, Approved, Pending Payment, Verifying Payment, Printed, and Ready for Pickup. You'll also receive email notifications for each status update.
You can request a Good Moral Certificate for: On-the-Job Training (OJT), Scholarship applications, Transfer/Withdrawal, Graduation/Alumni purposes, or other valid reasons which you can specify in the form.
Processing time depends on verification and approval stages. Once you've paid and uploaded your receipt, the system uses OCR technology to auto-verify your payment. After admin approval, your certificate will be ready for pickup within 1-3 working days.
