Access your assigned student, organization, staff, or administrative services using the email address and local password registered with SERV-ISKO.

Choose the sign-in method configured for your account. IDP is the official university option; Local Login uses a password created in SERV-ISKO; Email Code Access verifies your registered email.

Use your registered email and the local password created for SERV-ISKO.
Sign in to a registered local account using a six-digit code that expires after 10 minutes.
Use IDP for your official university account. Use Local Login if you already created a SERV-ISKO local password. Use Email Code Access when you want a temporary code sent to your registered local email.
Check the email spelling, Caps Lock, and keyboard settings. Your SERV-ISKO local password may differ from your email or IDP password. If no local password was created, use Email Code Access or contact support.
Confirm the registered email address, check Spam or Junk, and wait a few minutes before requesting another code. Use only the newest code.
Email codes expire after 10 minutes and may stop working after repeated unsuccessful attempts. Request a new code and enter all six digits.
If your account has multiple roles, select the correct role when prompted. Contact support if your expected student, organization, staff, or admin role is missing.
Use the email recorded in SERV-ISKO. Students should provide their full name and student number to support. Organization representatives and employees should also provide their organization or office.
Include your full name, registered email, student number or organization, login option used, exact error message, and the time of the problem. Never send your password or verification code.
Never share passwords, OTP codes, private keys, or screenshots containing secrets. Sign out on shared devices and report unexpected account activity immediately.
Ask about signing in, student services, scholarships, organization submissions, reports, events, statuses, or where to get support.
AI responses may contain mistakes. Never enter passwords, verification codes, private keys, or other sensitive information.
