Ways to sign in

Official IDP Login

Use Continue through IDP for your official university identity-provider account. This remains the recommended sign-in method.

Local Password Login

Use this after a local password has been created for your SERV-ISKO account. Enter the same registered email and your local password.

Sign in to a registered local account with a six-digit email code. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

Common login problems

Which login option should I use?

Use IDP for your official university account. Use Local Login if you already created a SERV-ISKO local password. Use Email Code Access for a temporary code sent to your registered local email.

My local email and password are not accepted

Check spelling, Caps Lock, and keyboard settings. Your SERV-ISKO local password may differ from your email or IDP password. If no local password was created, use Email Code Access or contact support.

I did not receive the six-digit email code

Confirm the complete registered email, then check Spam or Junk. Wait a few minutes before requesting another code. Only the newest code should be used.

The verification code is invalid or expired

Request a new code. Codes expire after 10 minutes and stop working after repeated unsuccessful attempts.

I signed in but see the wrong dashboard

If your account has multiple roles, select the appropriate role when prompted. Contact support if the required role is missing.

My account or email is not registered

Use the same email recorded in SERV-ISKO. Students should include their full name and student number when contacting support; staff and organization representatives should include their assigned office or organization.

What should I include when reporting a login problem?

Include your name, registered email, student number or organization, the login option used, the exact error message, and the time the problem occurred. Never send your password or verification code.

How do I keep my account secure?

Never share passwords, OTP codes, private keys, or screenshots containing secrets. Sign out on shared devices and report unexpected account activity immediately.
